Asia has really come together very well. She has great conformation and outstanding movement. Asia is 241/2" tall and weighs a solid 88lbs, has small ears, a great curled tail, a very good head (still growing), a great pedigree and gait. We hope that due to Asia's pedigree, that when she's bred to Goshen lines she will produce Goshen type. Asia is O.F.A. Excellent, Elbows Normal, and Eyes CERF.

When we saw Fire on Big Bear Akita's website we had to have her even though we did not plan on buying another puppy at this time. The fact that she's a Gater daughter and her dam's, Flame, pedigree made it all the better. Fire has a beautiful head, small ears and a very nice tail; she will be a deep red with white markings. She is already athletic and does not appear to be afraid of anything. Due to Fire being one of 9 puppies in her litter, she came to us small, however, she has put on 5.5 lbs in 10 days. We have big plans for this little girl. Fire is maturing slowly but coming along very well. She represents both sides of her pedigree, both Goshen and Regalia. She is 2 years old in the newest pictures and is now 25 1/2" as measured by Dr. Hoskins DVM. Fire is a beautiful red and white with a lot of spunk. We hope that she will play a very important role in our breeding program. Fire's hips and elbows have been O.F.A.'d, her O.F.A is good, and elbows are normal. . Eyes CERF.

Poppin came to us after much consideration because we are at our limit of dogs we chose to have in our home. When she came available we decided we had better jump at this chance to add yet another one of Gater's babies here at North Bay Akitas due to the fact that there aren't many kennels out there today that are producing Goshen's puppies with Hoss present in the first 4 generations. Hoss appears in Poppin's sire, Gater's lineage two times in his 3rd generation on his mother's side and Ransom appears in his 3rd generation one time on his father's side. On Poppin's mother's side Hoss appears one time in her mother's 3rd generation, making Poppin having Hoss 3 times in her 4th generation.

Cher of Chereed Akitas said Poppin will be a deep red like her sire Gater, has a short coat and doesn't think she will produce long coats and has a really tight tail. Poppin should be a very nice size girl with loss of flash. We hope that Poppin is the complete package and look forward to her being our foundation girl here at North Bay Akitas.

We felt the need to add another blood line to complement the blood lines we already have here to produce the type we are attempting to create. We considered a few dogs that we thought would complement what we have here but decided that the best dog out there to accomplish this goal is CH. Kita Hoshi's Cruisin For A Brewsin "Dash".

Dash's type, massive bone and size is exactly what we were looking for to add to our breeding program along with CH. Kuroi Kao Continuing The Legacy's "Kimber" type and color. So we added Jackie to assist us with this. She is a daughter of Dash and Kimber. We feel that Jackie will have a wonderful temperment, massive bone, a gorgeous head piece, a short muzzle, rich red color and small ears while maintaining the large size we already have here at North Bay Akitas.

We believe that "Jackie" Will be a large flashy girl with a level top line, rich red coat, gorgeous big bear head and small ear, set forward. We have big plans for our newest baby girl here at North Bay Akitas and can't wait to watch her as she matures.
